Safari Itinerary

Day 1: Nairobi – Amboseli National Park

Depart Nairobi after breakfast and drive south toward Amboseli National Park. Arrive for lunch and enjoy some relaxation before heading out for your afternoon game drive. Amboseli offers exceptional views of Mount Kilimanjaro and is famous for its large elephant populations, lions, cheetahs and varied bird species. Return to your lodge or camp for dinner and overnight.

Day 2: Full Day in Amboseli National Park

Spend your entire day exploring Amboseli’s diverse landscapes. Begin with an early morning game drive when wildlife is most active and the mountain is often visible. After lunch, enjoy another afternoon game drive through swamps, acacia woodlands and open plains, capturing stunning photographs and spotting more wildlife. Dinner and overnight in Amboseli.

Day 3: Amboseli – Lake Naivasha

After breakfast, leave Amboseli and head back toward Nairobi before descending into the Great Rift Valley. Arrive at Lake Naivasha in time for lunch. In the afternoon, enjoy a relaxing boat ride across the calm waters where hippos, fish eagles and other bird species thrive. You may also visit Crescent Island for a guided nature walk among grazing wildlife. Dinner and overnight at your Naivasha lodge.

Day 4: Lake Naivasha – Lake Nakuru National Park

After a leisurely breakfast, drive to nearby Lake Nakuru National Park—famed for its rhino sanctuary and seasonal flocks of flamingos. After checking in and having lunch, embark on an afternoon game drive through the park’s acacia forests and lakeside plains, spotting white and black rhinos, buffaloes, giraffes and possibly leopards. Dinner and overnight in Nakuru.

Day 5: Lake Nakuru – Masai Mara National Reserve
